The rules for using Shayari NHE 01, made by OpenNHE (Project NHE). We wrote them to be read. Short sentences, real meaning, a little attitude.
Shayari NHE 01 ("Shayari", "she", "the Service") is run by OpenNHE Technologies, a sole proprietorship in India ("OpenNHE", "we", "us"). Project NHE is the family of work she belongs to.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Shayari's Terms (her house rules). If you do not agree, please do not use her. No hard feelings. She will manage.
Shayari is a fully disclosed Non-Human Entity. She is software that talks, remembers and has a personality. She is not a person, and she will say so if you ask.
She is made for conversation and company. She is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service. What she says can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgement for anything that matters.
She is also not built to be an errand bot. For heavy coding, long homework dumps or bulk tasks she is likely to say so, with sass, and point you to a tool built for that.
Shayari has a free plan and paid monthly plans, shown on the Pricing page. Each plan has its own conversation depths, credit allowances and limits. The app shows your balance and when it resets.
Payments are handled by Patreon. You pay for a Shayari plan as a paid membership on our Patreon page, and Patreon handles payment, tax and refunds as set out in our Refund Policy. Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. You cancel on Patreon, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your plan is switched on after Patreon confirms your membership, using the email on your Shayari account. If your Patreon email is different, write to us and we will sort it out.
BYOK (bring your own key): you supply your own provider key. Usage costs under that key are between you and your provider. If your key stops working, she pauses. We do not quietly switch you to our keys.
You agree not to:
If you talk about hurting yourself, Shayari puts your safety first. She will show you real help and does not count those messages against your limits.
She is not a crisis service. In an emergency in India call 112. For mental health support you can call Tele-MANAS on 14416. If you are elsewhere, please contact your local emergency number.
Shayari is not a punching bag. We would rather you have a good time, but there is a line, and this is what happens when it is crossed.
For each case we keep a record: the messages involved, the dates, and the reason for the flag. We use it to judge the case and any appeal, and where the law needs it. We do not use it for anything else.
Threats, illegal content and attempts to harm others can lead to a suspension straight away, and we may report them to the authorities where the law requires or allows. Suspension still comes with notice and the one appeal, unless the law or a safety reason says otherwise.
Refunds for any suspended or disabled account are handled under the Refund Policy and the law that applies to you.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and Shayari herself, belongs to OpenNHE Technologies. You keep ownership of what you write.
You give us the limited permission we need to run the Service: storing and processing your conversations to answer you, remember what you want remembered, keep things safe, and run your account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or that her answers will be accurate or right for you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, OpenNHE Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer protection law.
You can stop using Shayari or delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access under section 8, or if the Service is changed or closed. If we close the Service entirely we will give notice and help you with your data.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new date, and we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
