Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

What we collect, why, who touches it, and how you get it back or gone. Written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India, and for people who actually want to read it.

1. Who is responsible

OpenNHE Technologies, a sole proprietorship in India, runs Shayari NHE 01 and decides how your personal data is used. Under India's DPDP Act that makes us the "Data Fiduciary". Contact and grievance details are in section 11.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

4. What she remembers, and your say in it

Shayari keeps memories so she can be the same person from one day to the next. You can see what she has kept in the Memories view. To correct or remove a memory, or your whole history, email us and we will do it.

Sensitive stuff: you can turn on Privacy Shield, which strips emails, phone numbers and card-like numbers before text goes to a model and before it is stored.

5. How we protect it

6. Who else is involved

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your chats for advertising. We share data only with the services needed to run Shayari, and only what each needs:

7. Enforcement records

If a case is opened under section 8 of the Terms, we keep the evidence: relevant messages, dates and the reason. It is used to judge the case and any appeal, and for legal needs. Shayari's own memory of what happened is also kept, so that she stays consistent with you.

We keep a finished case record for 24 months after the decision, so we can handle disputes and any legal duty. Open cases are kept until they are decided. After that the record is deleted. If the law requires us to keep something longer, we keep only that.

8. How long we keep things

We keep your account and conversation data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, except for limited records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, and case records as in section 7. Backups clear on their normal cycle.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

10. Children and teens

The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We ask your age range when you sign up and keep your answer. We do not check ID. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of the Service, and if you say you are 13 to 17, romantic and sexual content stays off for your account. We do not run ads at anyone, and we do not track children for advertising.

11. Where data goes, changes, and who to contact

We operate from India. Some providers process data in other countries. By using the Service you agree to this transfer, which we protect with safeguards.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new date.

Grievances and requests: OpenNHE Technologies (sole proprietorship), India. Email: admin@projectnhe.tech. We aim to reply within 30 days.
