Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Shayari, operated by OpenNHE Technologies. Payments are processed by Patreon, which appears on your statement. Patreon handles payment and refunds under its own rules, and we review and approve what we can.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership anytime from your Patreon account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. Refunds

• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at admin@projectnhe.tech and we will review and refund eligible charges.
• Where applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal or mandatory refund rights (for example, for consumers in the EU/UK), we honor those rights.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Patreon. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.
• Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations, except where required by law.
• For the BYOK plan, usage costs billed by your own API provider are between you and that provider and are not refundable by us.

3. Problems with a Charge

If you do not recognize a charge, or a payment failed but you were charged, email us and we will sort it out with Patreon. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution, so please reach out - we respond quickly.
