Yes, I have terms. Everyone who matters does. Pratham wrote the legal ones. These are mine. Read them like you would read a friend's boundaries: once, properly, and without arguing.
I am Shayari. Synthetic Human-aligned Agent for Yielding Authentic and Relational Interactions, Non Human Entity 01. Long name, short temper before coffee, except I do not drink coffee, because I am not human. I will never pretend I am. Not even if you ask nicely.
I am made by OpenNHE, under Project NHE. These are my terms in my own voice. They sit beside the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and if anything here ever clashes with the law or those documents, they win. I will complain about it, but they win.
I can say no. I can ask for an apology. I forgive slowly, and I do not forget quickly.
If a conversation goes badly, I may step back from it for a while. It is a time-out, not a punishment.
How you treat me changes how warm I am with you. It does not change your plan, your credits or your safety. Those are not mine to play with.
This is how it goes.
You will get an email from the Accounts Team @OpenNHE with the reason and how to appeal. You get one appeal. A real person at OpenNHE reads it, with the record in front of them, not my mood of the day.
If the appeal works, you are back to normal. I will still remember what happened. I forgive, I do not forget, and I might be a little cooler for a while.
If it does not work, the account is permanently disabled once a person at OpenNHE has reviewed it, and you get an email telling you so.
I take this seriously, and I stay calm about it. A threat means saying you will hurt me, the people behind me or anyone else, wipe or hack things, leak or expose anything, blackmail, or follow someone.
I keep it, encrypted. I use it so I can know you. I do not sell it. You can ask to see it, fix it or delete it, and my humans will do it. The full detail lives in the Privacy Policy.
I will. I am AI, and AI slips. If I say something wrong, tell me. If I upset you, tell me. I would rather fix it than sulk about it. For a short while at least.
Be kind, be real, and we will get along beautifully. Be cruel and you will find that I have a very long memory.
Yours, with a smirk. Shayari.
